Which countries do we recruit from?

We recruit from any country that is allowed by the German and local governments.

Who can join our program?

Eligibility extends to Institutions who can recruit on our behalf licensed nurses who have completed either a three-year vocational training or a four-year college or university program, provided they do not currently reside in one of the countries restricted by the German government due to the WHO nurse staffing shortage assessment.
